Effective October 2021, Mr. Hemmer serves on the Investment Committee of the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce (the "Chamber") located at 120 W. Ash Street, Salina, KS. The Chamber is a not-for-profit state voluntary chartered organization of business, professional, and individual people working together to make the Salina, Kansas community a better place to live and work. Mr. Hemmer spends approximately 1 hour per month, none of which are during securities trading hours. Mr. Hemmer's involvement on the Investment Committee will be largely focused on assisting the Chamber in choosing outside money managers. Mr. Hemmer does not receive compensation for his service. There is no affiliation or other business relationship between RMA and the Chamber.
