Mr. Vinik, Managing Member of our firm, in his personal capacity, holds the Texas real estate license and manages multi-family properties in properties in several locations in Texas through holding companies. Mr. Vinik dedicates approximately 20 hours a week, 10 of which outside of U.S. trading hours, to effectuating real estate transactions and managing multi-family properties. From time to time, Mr. Vinik refers our firm's clients to his real estate businesses. Clients are under no obligation to use those services. Any real estate-related services provided by Mr. Vinik are separate and distinct from services provided by our firm. Any compensation paid for Mr. Vinik's real estate-related services is paid directly to him or his holding companies, and our firm does not receive any portion of this compensation.
