1. Baraka Coffee Co., It is a boutique coffee roaster focused on uplifting the Puerto Rican coffee industry. Founded in 2014, Partner, I would become a Silent Partner; will not have any duty day to day with this company; my day to day activities are 100% being a Financial Advisor at UBS. When deciding in future decision I would be able to tell them my point of view; at the end it will always be their company. I see it as a way to make an investment outside of my portfolio that might help two of my best friends grow their company. If (WHEN) it becomes profitable in the future; I could get a special dividend at the end of the year as a Silent Partner (or whenever they decide as a company); I will not have a salary or any type of compensation.
