(2) Since 2008, David has served as General Counsel, Director and President of Church Mortgage and Loan Corporation located at 16219 Nation Street, Little Rock, AR 72223. He facilitates Chapter 11 liquidation of mortgages owned by the Florida nonprofit corporation. The business is not investment related.
