Ryan Charles Bosler is an independent licensed insurance agent, and from time to time, will offer clients advice or products from those activities. Clients should be aware that these services pay a commission or other compensation and involve a conflict of interest, as commissionable products conflict with the fiduciary duties of a registered investment adviser. JER always acts in the best interest of the client; including the sale of commissionable products to advisory clients. Clients are in no way required to utilize the services of any representative of JER in connection with such individual's activities outside of JER. Since September 1, 2024, Ryan Bosler has been a partner and the COO of CrossFit Polaris, located at 8692 Olde Worthington Rd, Westerville, OH 43082. The business is not investment-related; it is related to fitness. Ryan is responsible for overseeing operations of the business which include personnel, membership, billing, software, policies and procedures. Ryan is compensated to the extent the business generates net profits, but he does not hold a salaried position. This business activity does not take up more than 10% of his time (approximately 10 hours spent per month) and he does not devote any time to this business activity during securities trading hours.
