Mr. Gardner serves as a member of the Board of Governors of the Tampa Yacht & Country Club as Vice Commodore. Mr. Gardner is also on the Board of Directors of Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla. Mr. Gardner is a member of the Finance Committee where we help oversee the organization's operating account and reserves (they have an IPS permitting the TYCC to invest in short term treasuries and the like).
