I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF SYCAMORE INVESTMENT CONSULTING SERVICES, LLC. AS A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR. I FOUNDED THE FIRM JAN. 1 OF 2003 AND I DEDICATE APPROXIMATELY 20 HOURS PER MONTH TO THE BUSINESS AND ALL DURING TRADING HOURS.
