Simpson Family III, LLC holds our ownership interests in Simpson + Payne, LLC, described below; not investment-related; since 12/2024; 2-10 hours per month during trading hours. Unless stated otherwise, for each of the LLCs disclosed below: (1) I am the managing member and assumed my duties upon entity formation; (2) my ownership interest is held by Simpson Family II, LLC; (3) these are not investment-related business; and (4) I spend from 1 to 5 hours per month on each, during trading hours. Capital Hotel Associates, LLC (12/09/2011) and Capital Hotel Associates II, LLC (10/20/2021) hold my ownership interest in the Westin Hotel and nearby vacant land in Jackson, Mississippi. Allen Autrey Properties Azalea, LLC (06/24/2011) and Allen Autrey Properties Vieux Carre, LLC (formed 12/1/2014) own residential real estate in the Jackson and Oxford, Mississippi area for rental or personal use. Member and president of Joseph A Simpson CFP, PLLC (10/4/2013) which handles administrative matters for my investment advisory business. Member of Luckett Family Holdings, LLC (06/19/2015) which is inactive. Managing member of Simpson + Payne, LLC (12/2024) in connection with a proposed mixed use real estate development on the campus of the University of Mississippi, I participate in seeking project approval and buyers for real estate interests, and construction and leasing/sale of units.
