Self (the address of entity is simply my house)"I am interested in entering an outside activity where I invest funds in land that would be considered collateral to support a construction loan that would be undertaken by Turner & Company, an Oklahoma housing developer. The funds would be deposited into an interest bearing bank account with Sovereign Bank, an Oklahoma Bank, while the house is constructed. Turner & Company is not a UBS client and there is no expectation Turner & Company, nor the principal D. T. , will be a client. Upon the sale of these homes I would earn a mark-up on the investment. I previously had a construction loan with Sovereign Bank but that loan is paid off and closed.? The source of my relationship with the principal, Derek Turner, was initiated around the construction of my custom home. ? Derek is the owner of Turner & Company. Neither he nor Turner & Company are clients of UBS. Derek is a personal friend and I do not previously or currently, nor do I anticipate, any financial interest or debt (debt that I would owe) with Turner & Company.It is a possibility that future deal cycles might occur around other house constructions.
