I use my home address for this business (Condo Grand Bay Beach, #210, Carr. 187, Km 24.9, Rio Grande, PR 00745). I devote approximately 15 hours/month to his activity, 2 of which are during trading hours. 2) University of Puerto Rico. This business is NOT investment-related. I am a professor since 2016 in the Finance Department of the College for Business Administration on the Rio Piedras campus. I teach courses in basic finance, personal financial planning, retirement planning to undergraduate students. I dedicate from 60 hours/month to teaching during trading hours of which 20 hours/month for preparation and student evaluations during non-trading hours (weekends)
