I am the Trustee of my late grandfather's irrevocable trust. This trust maintains under $5,000 in assets and exists solely to process bankruptcy receipts from a mesothelioma lawsuits from before his death. He died in 2014 and the primary beneficiary (my grandmother) died in 2016, at which time the trust was liquidated. I have received no compensation from this trust in at least 5 years and will not ever receive additional comp from this.
