I am one of the two Administrators of two Romanian companies (Emerge Investments Romania SRL and Imobragadiru SRL) as well as three Spanish companies (Emerge Investments SL, Emerge Investments I SL and Emerge Investments II 2006 SL). I am a minority shareholder of Emerge Investments Romania SRL indirectly through my minority stake in Emerge Investments I SL. This companies make part of an structure designed for investments in raw land in Bucharest (Romania) and were created in 2006. Emerge Investments Romania SRL and Imobragadiru SRL currently hold two plots of raw land in Bucharest (Romania). Starting in 2006, I acted as a Managing Partner until I joined Banco Santander in 2018. My main duties in this business were capital raising and investor relationship management. Currently I do not take part in the management of the companies and devote no time to this business. The address of the Romanian companies is Strada Veseliei Nr. 5 A. Sector 5, Bucuresti, 052164 (Romania) I have a 20% stake in the joint ownership, La Tomada C.B. (Avenida Doutor Moreira Casal 1, 2 izqda. CP: 36600.
