I am an elementary teacher at University Cooperative School. This tax-exempt, non-profit organization is not investment-related, and I have worked there since September 2011. This position is part-time for 128 hours per month while the school is in session, including ovelapping 4 1/2 trading hours four days per week. This position covers 9 months per year. My primary responsibility as a teacher is teaching science and social studies. I also have other common teaching duties, such as lesson planning, teaching social and emotional development, conferencing with students and parents, and helping to maintain a healthy school environment. Along with my two siblings, I have served as a successor trustee of a trust for the benefit of a young woman since December 2015. This trusteeship began prior to any involvement with Reis Investment Management or involvement in an investment-related professional role, beginning due to close family connections.The current trustee's address is: Daniel Berman PMB 312 25 NW 23rd Pl #6 Portland, OR 97210 I devote approximately two hours per month to the trust and conduct little to no business during securities trading hours. My duties are to serve as a successor trustee should the current trustee become incapacitated or decline to serve. I also manage, with my brother Daniel Ervin and my sister Sarah Ervin a portion of the trust portfolio (currently worth $690,000). We have been granted authority to make trades, but not to make withdrawals.
