Summit Side Properties, LLC is a family-owned small business that buys and sells raw land. It is located at 315 Forest Lane Leeds, AL 35094. My duties include reviewing land to be purchased and approving pricing for land that is for sale. This work is done before and/or after securities trading hours. It involves approximately 10 hours a week. My involvement does not create a material conflict of interest with clients of Fish Creek Capital and Summit Side Properties, LLC is not a registered real estate broker or dealer. I am also a licensed insurance producer/agent in the State of Alabama (License No. 3004201547). In this capacity, I can offer and sell life insurance products to clients and prospective clients. This activity is not investment-related. This activity creates a potential conflict of interest because I may receive commissions for insurance product sales. This conflict is mitigated by virtue of my application of the fiduciary duty to all clients, where I put their best interest ahead of mine and my firm. It is also disclosed on my firm's ADV Part 2A. This activity takes place under Fish Creek Value Management, LLC located at 327 Forest Lane, Leeds, AL 35094. I was approved to sell insurance products on April 29, 2026. This work is conducted before and/or after securities trading hours and involves approximately 5 hours per month. As described, I expect to spend limited time on this activity.
