I am currently employed in the Highline Public Schools. This school district is NOT investment-related. The address is 15675 Ambaum Boulevard Southwest, Burien, WA 98166. My position and title are "Instructional Specialist." My start date was September 1, 2016. I devote approximately 150 hours per month to this position during the academic year (9 months per year). I work for approximately four hours per day during securities trading hours. My duties include leading professional development for teachers, modeling lessons, writing curriculum, and instructional leadership. Along with my two siblings, I have served as a successor trustee of a trust for the benefit of a young woman since December 2015. This trusteeship began prior to any involvement with Reis Investment Management or involvement in an investment-related professional role, beginning due to close family connections. My duties are to serve as successor trustee should the current trustee become incapacitated or decline to serve. I also manage, with my brother John Ervin and sister Sarah Ervin, a portion of the trust portfolio (currently worth approximately $690,000). We have been granted authority to make trades, but not to make withdrawals. I am also currently working as an investment adviser representative for Reis Investment Management (CRD 126800). We are in the process of inviting clients to stay with the three investment adviser representatives employed by Reis Investment Management (John Reis, John Ervin, and me) as we move our work to Ervin Investment Management, a newly registered firm.
