In November of 2002, I co-founded and am currently the Chief Financial Officer and co-owner of Acuto Ventures. Acuto Ventures has two distinctive operational units: Acuto Consulting and Acuto Productions. None of Acuto's activities are investment-related. Through Acuto Consulting, I specialize in strategic consulting, new business creation, management, business growth, technology, and idea generation. Acuto Productions is a multi-media video production company founded in a small town in Iowa. Acuto Ventures is operated out of my home in Fort Collins, Colorado. I devote approximately 10 hours per month to Acuto, none of which are during securities trading hours. In January 2024, I became Treasurer of the local Adventure West Council of the Boy Scouts of America. This is a volunteer position. I oversee the activities of the separate accountant and accounting firm. I am not compensated for this position, and it will take about 8 hours per month.
