Sole Proprietary, owner, I setup a Sole Proprietorship in 2023 to pay an admin assistant her wages. That admin resigned in January of 2024. It was my prior understanding that a sole proprietorship did not need to be disclosed. However, upon completing my 2024 annual compliance review, it was determined that it did need to be disclosed. I hired an admin in June 2024 and he is currently providing admin support for my existing clients. 7/2023
