Cooperative apartment building. Owner of a cooperative apartment building in Manhattan. The building is my primary residence. Board Member and Treasurer. Start Date 11/1/2016. In June 2024, I have taken on the role of Vice Chair of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) Investor Advisory Group, which was formed by the Trustees of the IFRS Foundation. The ISSB is a group of leading asset owners and asset managers across markets who are committed to improving the quality and comparability of sustainability-related disclosure to investors. In the role of Vice Chair, I support the Chair of the ISSB Investor Advisory Group (IIAG) in fulfilling their responsibilities with respect to setting meeting agendas and structure IIAG meetings to ensure optimal and constructive in-depth discourse to achieve the IIAG's objectives. I devote approximately 2 hours a month during business hours and I receive no compensation.
