I am in the process of winding down my previous business and LLC. I opened in North Carolina. I may still keep the LLC open with me as the owner for the sole purpose to service my past customers should they need repairs or replacements in their exterior lighting they have had installed with us. I have no intent to sell to any new customers and therefore do not intend to take any sort of compensation for this. Previously I would sell the Celebright lighting system to customers as a certified dealer in Celebright's network. I would charge the customer a price for lights, install, and service and keep a piece of the overall cost associated. Usually around 20% of the amount billed.
