Employed with Whaley Hammonds, PC as CPA and CFE. This is a traditional accounting services firm as well as consulting services. It is not investment related. Started work with the firm in October 1996 and work approximately 45 hours a week. Most of the work is completed during trading hours. Duties include tax work as planning, preparing and reviewing tax filings. Consulting engagements involve everyday business issues including succession planning, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions. The CPA firm uses WHT Advisory Services as a separate tax entity for special projects that do not include traditional accounting services.
