I currently have a LLC named "HestiaStays" that I've started with 3 of my friends. We haven't done anything with the LLC currently, but we are planning in the future to start investing in property and renting. It is not investment-related, but we had thought about the possibility of investing in REITS, since the company is registered as a Real Estate LLC and the income needs to be from real estate related events. There is no physicals address currently. I'm considered to be a owner of the business and we've begun the LLC in 2020. I only spend time on the business on the weekend, so outside of trading hours and my current duties is to scout out opportunities from local properties, rental strategy and other real estate related opportunity to engage in.
