David serves (without compensation) as a Investment Advisor Representative for courtesy (no compensation) clients formerly held at Wedbush Securities, which was formerly the clearing broker for the firm. David will continue to serve these small number of accounts for no compensation as needed by the clients on a non-discretionary basis, which amounts to less than an hour or so a week. He also has served for the last many years as the investment representative for a family trust, taking a few hours a week at most. Neither activity will interfere with his responsibilities at the firm and is approved. David owns multiple investment properties in California, all of which generate rental income. All properties are managed by professional property managers and thus his time on these activities is limited -- he estimates he spends less than one hour per week on this. Given the limited time involved and the fact that they have not interfered with his profession here, these investment activities are approved.
