Start date 3/1/17. 10 hours a month. No hours during trading. 3) Lunch Break - Investment Committee; Located in Monmouth NJ. Lunch break provides meals for the poor in Monmouth County in NJ. I sit on the board that oversees they long term planning needs. We have quarterly conference calls where the FA on the account reviews the current asset allocations and makes recommendations. The board listens and votes to make any changes. The call is generally one hour a quarter and towards the end of the day. This is a volunteer position and receive no compensation. I will not make any recommendation nor be involved in any allocation to a Putnam fund. Beginning 1/1/2023: Approx12 hours annually, no time during normal securities hours.
