Since 10/2016, Co-owner of Mountain Limo, a non investment related company located at 1500 Last Dollar Road, No. 7 Telluride, CO 81435. The company provides ground transportation, private car, and airport shuttle. My duties include financial oversight. Approximately 5 hours a month is devoted to this entity, none of the time during security trading hours. Mr. Harvey serves on the Board of Directors of Matador Resources, Inc. and is paid for his service. He attends Board meetings quarterly that take approximately 4 hours per quarter and periodically participates in calls or special meetings as required which is a de minimis amount of time. Matador resources is a non investment related energy company located in Dallas Texas and Mr. Harvey began this service to Matador Resources in February of 2025.
