Mr. Arnold is a Managing Member of Armada Hedge LLC. Armada Hedge LLC is the General Partner of Armada Absolute Returns L.P ("AAR Fund"). AAR is a hedge fund with a minimum investment of $250,000. Certain Clients of the Advisor may invest in the AAR Fund. In these instances, Clients will pay fees in accordance with the offering documents and will not pay any investment advisory fees to the Advisor on assets invested in the AAR Fund. Clients should refer to the offering documents for a detailed fee schedule. Armada Hedge LLC has engaged the Advisor to provide investment management services to the AAR Fund. The Advisor is paid a 2.0% management fee per annum by Armada Hedge LLC. Clients of the Advisor are under no obligation to invest in the AAR Fund.
