I hold a real estate license in the state of Texas. Commissions are received from time to time for assisting with the purchase or sale of real estate. I am also a partner in several LLCs primarily used to hold real estate investments for lease. No commissions are associated with the LLCs. Honey Badger Space LLC is a non-investment-related private business venture located at 740 Decker Rd. I am a Member and minority owner of the LLC. My relationship with the business began on June 1, 2026. I devote approximately 5 hours per month to the business, all of which occur outside normal securities trading hours. My duties are limited to administrative and organizational activities. Compensation, if any, is expected to be minimal and is not related to the provision of investment advisory services.
