I am the co-owner with Nicholas J. Neumann of "Neumann and Aslam Properties, LLC". Together, we purchased a single commercial real estate office space in August of 2016. This office space is located at 214 South 8th Street, Suite 200, Louisville, Kentucky, 40204. During my time as an attorney in my own private practice, I maintained my office in this space. This single rental space involves 8 offices available for rent by solo practicing attorneys. This business is not investment related. As of December 1, 2023, we no longer have any current renters and intend to to sell the space and then subsequently dissolve this LLC. I devote less than 1 hour per month (always outside business hours) to this business as the day to day operations were handled by Nicholas' wife and no longer are relevant with the departures of the renters.
