1. Divergent Financial Marketing - partner, not investment related, Athens, GA, 07/2021, 10 hours per month, 10 hours per moth during business hours. 2. In addition to securities work, I hold my life license and work with clients to provide fixed products, as appropriate. When clients choose fixed products, I'm paid a street level commission from the respective insurance companies. This is always disclosed to clients. 3. In addition to the work in my personal practice, I'm the licensed principal for a small FMO (agency) that works with advisors on help their clients with financial planning work. This agency is limited to ONLY fixed business -- all of the advisors that work with that firm do their securities business through the appropriate RIA or B/D. 4. Lastly, I have a small portfolio of rental properties in Athens, GA. This business is staffed and I spend very little time in it.
