Since 2019, Mr. LaFontaine has been the owner of Harbour Capital Holdings, LLC ("Harbour") located at 518 Kenilworth Ave., Kenilworth, IL 60043. Harbour is not an investment-related business. Harbour has a service agreement with Insight 2811, Inc. to maintain an off-site office location to bolster operational continuity and serve as a backup for limited contingency operations in the event of a natural disaster, government lockdown, or other business disruption. On a monthly basis, approximately 1-10 hours during non-trading hours are spent bookkeeping and maintaining the company's location.
