Mountain State Analytics, LLC ("MSA") is an entity that operates as a state registered investment adviser in West Virginia. The registrant is the sole owner and Managing Director. MSA and the registrant is currently in the process of moving all of its customers to Ingalls & Snyder, LLC ("INGS"). It is expected that MSA will cease investment related activity by October 1, 2021. Once all of its customers have moved to INGS or a firm of the client's own choosing, MSA will withdraw as an advisor and wind-down its operations.
