1. Bryan Bibbo offers tax preparation services through JL Smith Group. Mr. Bibbo occasionally prepares returns, he spends about 10 hours a week during tax season. Mr. Bibbo is also a practicing partner and sales manager for JL Smith Group. 2. Bryan Bibbo is a licensed insurance agent. In this capacity, he may offer fixed insurance products including but not to limited life insurance, annuities, disability insurance, long term care insurance and Medicare supplements and receives normal and customary commissions as a result of any sales. In addition, he may receive other compensation such as fixed life trails. Mr. Bibbo spends approx. 5 hrs/week during trading hours on this activity. 3. Bryan Bibbo is an instructor for the American Financial Education Alliance (AFEA) in the Avon area of Ohio. Mr. Bibbo spends approx. 8 hrs/month during non-trading hours conducting seminars to help eliminate financial illiteracy. There are no product sales or company names mentioned at these seminars and no compensation from AFEA is received. 4. eBay sales of collectibles. This occurs on an occasional basis. Limited time spent, roughly 1 hour per month not during trading hours. 5. Bryan Bibbo serves as a board member of the Arthritis Foundation of Ohio. This is a charitable organization that Mr. Bibbo volunteers with and spends approximately 2 hours per month on during non-trading hours. This is not an investment related activity. 07/2024 6. Bryan Bibbo is a partner of JL Smith Group, Inc. d.b.a. JL Smith Holistic Wealth Management which is the operating entity for JL Smith's advisory, insurance and tax business.
