My wife and I recently made an investment into two multi-family homes for rental income. I am a Partner in Nehemiah Fund, LP/MRV Capital Management with my brother, it is an Incubator fund where I use my personal funds to trade a trend following trading system that trades in the futures and forex markets. We have not accepted outside funding in 2025. In January 2026, we have started to receive outside funding for the Nehemiah Fund. I am a dually registered representative with JMFG and Investment Advisory Representative with JMWM.
