"1. Mr. Fein has been the owner of BSF Advisors since 2012 through which he operates a financial services practice, but which is owned independently from Private Advisor Group, LLC (""PAG""). BSF Advisors operates from the same address that Mr. Fein is registered at, and is related to his investment services practice.
