The name of the business is JVEC Capital, LLC - address is 500 W 7th Street, STE 1225, Fort Worth TX 76102. They partner with operators and developers to invest in Texas real estate assets. I do NOT hold a position there, no title. We invested in this asset on 8/11/2025. I do not devote any time on this or any other business.
