Since July 2018, Mr.Dickey has served as Manager of Dickey Family Holdings, LLC, a holding company located in Greensboro, Georgia for Mr. Dickey's family's investments. Mr.Dickey's job duties include, but are not limited to signing off on any wires and transfers of funds. Mr. Dickey devotes one hour per month to this business, of which zero take place during securities trading hours Dickey Family Foundation/James Robert Robbins CRUT (family's CRUT) is also something I had to disclose at ML. I do not receive any income from those entities, but I do manage the liquid assets for those 2. I am a beneficiary of the CRUT and have ability to sign for the foundation. Happy to talk thru any of it on a call. I am a manager for Dickey Family Holdings and have the ability to sign for that entity. None of these take my time during business hours, other than basic asset management. Mr. Dickey is also a a licensed insurance agent with RCM Insurance Svces LLC, an affiliate of the firm. On 8.5.19, Ty Dickey informed the Firm that he will be opening an LLC for the sole purpose of holding some of his outside private investments (which have already been approved). This is a single member LLC. Since Jan 1, 2018, Ty Dickey has been Trustee of the "John Teifer Dickey Irrevocable Trust." It is non-compensated, and he owns 100% of the irrevocable trust. The trust itself owns 25% of "Wen Rob Inc." which is holding company of real estate, cash and securities. My Dickey is President of Wen Rob, and his duties include assisting his personal family with family office duties. Web Rob has been in existence since 9.2.19 and is located in Sandersville, GA.
