It was started January 1, 2004, and I devote 2-10 hours per month during trading hours to this business: Madera leases space to W.F. Stevens Financial Advisors, LLC and to Hoyt Pinaire, CPA. (2) Owner and CEO of W.F. Stevens Financial Advisors, LLC , 518 E Whitehouse Canyon Rd Ste 110, Green Valley, AZ, 85614. This entity provides administrative support to my financial advisory practice with EverSource Wealth Advisors, LLC, and is an investment related business. I devote 0-1 hours per month to this business during trading hours. (3) Starting in January 2026, Bill serves as Board President of Madera Plaza Unit Owners Association, Inc., a property owners association located at 518 E Whitehouse Canyon Rd Ste 110, Green Valley, AZ, 85614.
