Jason is CEO of a software company, Impact Labs Inc. The work between Impact Labs and ImpactAdvisor ("IA") generally overlaps in that Impact Labs is a vendor to IA for software and support services in a business-to-business capacity. Jason spends roughly 5%-20% of his time on Impact Labs, both within and outside of trading hours in a given month. IA always acts in the best interest of the client and IA clients are in no way required to use the services of any representative of IA in connection with such individual's activities outside of IA. Jason is the backup Manager at Janis Escamilla Supported Living Services LLC, an entity created to help in the support and management of his brother, James Escamilla. Jason's involvement includes management of the Janis Escamilla Supported Living Services LLC and some supported living assistance to James Escamilla for up to three hours in a day during trading hours, anywhere between none to several days in a year.
