Mr. Misener is a member of the investment committee of various entities which takes approximately 11% of his time. Mr. Misener also serves as an independent trustee on the board of trustees for three different mutual funds: 1. He serves on the Board of the Longleaf Partners series of funds. This is a tradition open-ended mutual fund that invests in concentrated portfolios of public equities around the world. The ticker symbols for the funds are LLPFX, LLSCX, LLINX and LLGLX. 2. He serves on the board of Trustees of the FS MVP private equity fund, (CUSIP numbers 0331V207, 30331V108 and 30331V306), an interval mutual fund, that invests in private equities. 3. He serves in the same capacity with the KMV Private debt fund, (CUSIP number SSID: 62203867), an interval mutual fund that invests in private debt instruments. The primary responsibility of an independent board member is to ensure that the best interests of the mutual fund shareholders are protected. Mr. Misener expects to spend approximately 10% of his time as a trustee.
