Justin Garcia is a member, and serves on the membership committee, of the Central Texas Angel Network ("CTAN") since January 2025. CTAN is an angel investing group headquartered in Austin, Texas. CTAN is a venture capital firm whose members not only invest directly into startups and funds, they also mentor and connect entrepreneurs to business resources, providing support to early-stage businesses. The membership committee meets once a month to discuss strategies to engage current and prospective members. Mr. Garcia may also speak at certain events where high net worth investors would be present. Although Mr. Garcia does not plan on soliciting any Larson Advisors clients for any angel investing opportunities, he may, himself be invested in one or more of those opportunities and if some of those high net worth investors are, or become, clients of Larson Advisors a conflict of interest would exist. Mr. Garcia receives no compensation for his work in this endeavor and devotes less than 10 percent of his time during trading hours to this endeavor. Justin Garcia is also a board member of the affordable housing corporation within Stop Abuse For Everyone ("SAFE" ). Based out of Bakersfield, California, SAFE is a national non-profit that provides unique services for domestic violence victims and helps those who typically fall between the cracks of domestic violence services. Mr. Garcia receives no compensation for his work in this endeavor and does not solicit donations from Larson Advisors clients. Mr. Garcia devotes less than 10 percent of his time during trading hours to this endeavor.
