I own several real estate properties that I rent out and manage myself. I have 2 LLC's that I am the owner/manager (Strom Properties, LLC and Private Pool Palace, LLC). These are long term rentals and short term rentals. They are not investment related. Both business addresses are my home address 6401 West Sunrise Drive, Highland, UT 84003.My duties are primarily making sure the properties are rented and maintained. I spend approximately 2-4 hours a week in total on these LLC's. I also have another LLC called Blockhead Bones,LLC that is specifically for investing into real estate with a partner. I spend little to no time on this LLC as it is for investment purposes only.
