I am the Principal and sole member of Perugia Insights LLC, an Ohio LLC I formed in 2019 to provide independent corporate finance consulting services to non-financial clients on a project basis. The business is not investment-related. Perugia Insights has no address other than my residential address provided in response to question 11. The business can go dormant for long periods. Although it had client activity as recently as August 2025, I have devoted less than 40 hours to Perugia Insights for all of 2025 so far and it has no ongoing client commitments.
