I have a sole proprietorship that has provided legal and consulting services to only SEG Management, LLC ("SEG") on an intermittent basis. This work generally includes reviewing tax returns, contract review and drafting, etc... A trust that I am a beneficiary of owns a 1/3 interest in SEG. SEG is a management service organization for a medical practice that is owned by my father. SEG is not an investment related business. SEG's address is 7047 Elmridge Dr., Dallas TX 75240. I am paid as an independent contractor for my services and report the income on a Sch. C as a sole prop. I have had this roll on and off since 2021. I spend around 4-8 hours a month on weekends doing this work. No work is done during normal weekday business hours.
