Clarion County Housing Authority, Clarion PA. The Authority manages state funds for the purposes of providing housing to families in need. Board Member (01/2020) - part of a group of 6 individuals that help the director of the authority appropriate state funding. Not compensated, investment related, 2 hrs./month. Clarion County Redevelopment Authority - Board Member/Vice President - Since 2020 The redevelopment authority is tasked with managing blighted properties in Clarion County. These properties may be 1) Donated by the property owner, at which time the CCRA will either rehabilitate or demolish the real property. 2) or the CCRA may exercise landbank powers to take possession from tax/sheriff sale. The intent of the organization is to rehabilitate/demolish dilapidated property and resell that property/lot for use/improvement. I spend 1.5 hours per month during trading hours serving this board. Clarion County Housing Development Corporation - Board Member/Vice President - Since 2022 This 501c-3 organization purchases and rehabilitates low-income housing in Clarion County. The Clarion County Redevelopment Authority and the Clarion County Housing & Development Corporation work hand in hand to leverage state and federal grants in order to meet the same goal. Providing those in need with shelter. I devote 1.5 hours to this organization per month during trading hours. It is important to note that while both operate independently, both the Clarion County Redevelopment Authority and the Clarion County Housing & Development Corporation are subsidiaries of the Clarion County Housing Authority, which is funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Clarion Rotary - Member since 2008 I am not an active board member at this time but do volunteer on a regular basis to the equivalent of 4 hours per month during trading hours. The business is not investment related. Edenburg Masonic Lodge #550 I am not an active board member at this time but do volunteer on a regular basis to the equivalent of 2 hours per month. All hours are devoted after trading hours.
