My other business activities are passive at this point. My wife and I co-own a rental property in College Station, TX. The rental property is located at 3104 Pleasant Grove, College Station, TX 77845. My wife primarily manages this rental property. It requires on average 1 hour per month of my time and that would not be during securities trading hours. The other business activity I have is just receiving passive income from my previous insurance career. Texas Farm Bureau Insurance (property and casualty insurance products) purchased the insurance agency I managed for them from me and is paying that out over a 120 month time period. Those payments go to William J Smith Insurance Services LLC which is the company I created to be contracted with them. William J Smith Insurance Services was also contracted with Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company (life insurance products). They are paying trail commissions to William J Smith Insurance Services LLC for policies that were sold while contracted with them. Contracts with both Texas Farm Bureau Insurance and Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance were terminated effective 4/30/2024. So, I am no longer actively working in those businesses, but income is still being received from my time there. DBA Trinity Capital Managment
