Mr. Roux is a member of a limited liability company that serves as General Partner to the Asia Emerging Manager Fund, a private equity fund that invests in Asian alternative asset managers ("the Fund"). Although neither Gallatin Wealth Management, LLC nor Mr. Roux act as investment manager to the Fund, Mr. Roux does serve on the advisory board of the General Partner. No client of Gallatin Wealth Management, LLC is referred to or otherwise solicited to invest in the Fund. Mr. Roux is also the sole owner of Gallatin Advisors, LLC, which owns a minority stake in Willow Street Group, LLC. Willow Street Group, LLC is the sole owner of Willow Street Trust Company, LLC (hereinafter "Willow Street Trust Company"), a Wyoming trust company. Mr. Roux serves on the board of directors of Willow Street Trust Company. Mr. Roux spends approximately 20% of his professional time with these other business activities.
