Foster effective communication between staff, teachers, parents and all youth Youth Ministry ? Collaborate with Youth Minister & Confirmation Coordinator in hosting Youth Nights & other High School related events. ? Collaborate with Youth Minister & Confirmation Coordinator with SMYL meetings ? Asist with planning and implementing evenings of prayer and reflection for teens and team Confirmation ? Asist with Confirmation Events & Collaborate to plan, coordinate and implement yearly weekend retreats for Confirmation 1, Confirmation 2, and SMYL Formation Retreats.
