As an external consultant, I provide FTI Consulting, Inc ("FTI"), a global business advisory firm located at 50 California St, Suite 1900, with non-investment-related advisory services. This relationship started on March 3rd, 2023, and I expect to provide approximately 20 hours per month, on average, of consulting services for FTI. TrigoFi LLC does not provide investment management services, yet my consulting services devoted to FTI during securities trading hours will be none. My duties relating to FTI's consulting relationship relate to financial fraud expert reports and supply change risk mitigation. My relationship with FTI does not create a material conflict of interest or affect in any way my advisory clients regarding services I perform for TrigoFi LLC.
