Mr. Holla devotes approximately 20 hours per week to Koalla-related activities, which include overseeing research development, algorithm design, software architecture, and management of affiliated technology platforms. Koalla sponsors two separate entities: ? MyTimeEquity, LLC - a registered investment adviser. Mr. Holla is registered as an investment adviser representative of MyTimeEquity and provides advisory services to its retail clients under that firm's supervision. ? MyStockDNA, LLC - a research and technology development company that creates quantitative research models and analytical tools. MyStockDNA is not a registered investment adviser and does not provide advisory services, exercise portfolio discretion, determine client suitability, or interact with clients in an advisory capacity. Mr. Holla's advisory activities conducted on behalf of Ai Alpha LLC are separate and distinct from those conducted on behalf of MyTimeEquity, LLC. When acting on behalf of Ai Alpha LLC, Mr. Holla functions solely under Ai Alpha's supervision as Portfolio Manager for ETF sub-advisory services and for the development, maintenance, and oversight of model portfolios and investment signals distributed by Ai Alpha LLC to registered investment advisers and platforms. He serves as an investment adviser representative of Ai Alpha LLC in this capacity. Compensation from outside business activities consists of ownership distributions and/or compensation received from Koalla Technologies, LLC and its affiliated entities. No commissions are received from the sale of securities or advisory referrals.
