1. I registered the Business CHOSENMTG LLC with Ohio. I am the sole owner of the business. This business is registered to my home address 202 W Sturbridge Dr. Medina, OH 44256. I buy and sell Magic the Gathering Trading Cards online on websites such as Ebay and TCGPLAYER. I spend maybe 10 hours a month doing this at home. I do this at night before bed or on the weekends.
