This can create a conflict of interest in that Simranjot Bachal may refer advisory clients to TaxSquad in which Simranjot Bachal will receive customary compensation in his role as tax preparer for those services. This conflict is mitigated in that clients are not required to utilize TaxSquad for tax services and the decision to use or not use TaxSquad does not affect the advisory services the client is provided. Simranjot Bachal is registered as an investment adviser representative of Woodson Wealth Management. Simranjot Bachal intends to maintain the registration with Woodson Wealth Management temporarily in order to transition clients to his new firm, at which time this registration will be terminated. Any advisory services provided to Clients of Woodson Wealth Management will be limited and separate from any services provided to Clients of CW during this transition so there is no conflict of interest. During this time, Mr. Bachal endeavors at all times to put the interest of his Clients first as part of their firm's fiduciary duty. This activity accounts for up to five hours per week during normal trading hours.
